winmx is the go.
pedro, why would you convert your mp3's to wma? they take up 10 times the space and if your trying to get better sound quality, you can't reverse engineer them, the fidelity is already lost when they are compressed to mp3.you can keep the status quo (pun intended) if you are converting wav to wma but once you've converted anything to mp3 it'll only ever be as good as an mp3.
besides, can you really tell the difference when driving a landy? i can't

you havent heard of all the legal action around the world for piracy?

all of the major players are being monitored

you share a heap of files, you will get noticed... they are not chasing downloaders to the same degree they are chasing the sharers.

they are very heavily into shutting down torrent sites and sharers at the moment also, supanova being the most popular to bite the bullet so far..

I only download from winmx and have my settings set so that I don't share guess I wont be having the feds knocking any time soon :wink:

t'was meant to mean, reburning as wma files,,
all my wma files are smaller(than mp3's) and sound better,,
and yes I can tell the difference in my LR,,
also in the lounge room
you gotta remember the mp3 algorithem was written what, 20 years ago?

I hate MS as much as anyone, but they might have kicked a goal with wma.
