And that is a large part of the problem, no national uniform laws. It still differs state to state. It depends but a lot of triples are allowed to still do 100 in WA. Then there are special speed zones such as Greenmount. No wonder interstate drivers can get confused, especially if they have not been to a particular state.

this is a big problem imho.

im suprised this thread got to 5 pages.

the original poster made a mistake and admitted said mistake. why are we having a go at the guy who's realised and admitted it?

Ah don't worry about it mate, the bloke probably just needed to get some stuff off his chest. As long as he didn't harm you or your truck!

Some people just need an excuse to act like a dipstick and apparently doing it on the UHF is acceptable behaviour...
