Just joking, after many trial and tribulations I try to keep it as simple as possible these days and only use a couple of main items.
My gas cooking consists of one of those single burner disposable cartridge units, pretty good for most stuff as Im not that good a cook to need to get too fancy and the missus says I can only do one thing at a time anyway  it's not bad for boiling the billy either on quick cuppa stops and will even work with my bush kettle.
My open fire cooking has been through a few stages till about 8-9 years ago I picked up a cast hotplate and stand that seperate and fit into its own carry bag, this unit is about 24" x 12' and has a single spade type leg or stand thing that fits in the centre, allowing it to sit level regardless of the ground surface. The plate is 3/4 hotplate 1/4 grill with 2 square egg recesses in the hotplate section (also perfect for pancakes  )
The flip side is recessed to accept the foot of a hiLift jack and was designed as such but also works with bottle jacks etc, the stand has a flattened face that can be used to hammer in pegs and also a hole to assist in removing them and given its width you could dig with it too. All in all a very versitile piece of gear that I would hate to loose as Ive never seen it again available. I will tyr and post a pic soon.
Both the above items were accompanied by a good old cast iron camp oven but this has been forgotten lately because of weight, although I think I'll get a bedourie oven soon because of the stuff that can be cooked in camp ovens makes for a great trip and fantastic fun around the camp fire, all the cakes and muffins etc, not to mention roasts and other waist expanding goodies.
The only other item that always goes with me is a tripod to suspend the billy or something over the fire, it takes up no room and alsways comes in handy.
So what does everyone else use, I dont see much mentioned on here about camping but its something we all do and Im sure some people have plenty of idea's to offer.

One burner or a fire, one deep pan and everything goes in it, yum!

i also have the dual fuel coleman but i'm having trouble with it. I've only ever used Coleman fuel and I can't get the burners to burn properly now...ws ok for the first few times i used it but not now. I've cleaned it and done everything I can think of. Maybe Michael you might have a few clues for me??
Other than that... get yourself a good quality camp oven. I've done everything from casseroles to roast leg of lamb in mine. Its easy and yumm!

We have the usual 2 burner gas stove thingy. Works quite well - can do the meat on one and veg on the other etc.
Bought a camp oven a year ago but then fire restrictions were bought in all over the place and haven't used it yet.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Furphy camp oven is the only camp cooking equipment I own but I borrow a cast iron hotplate and gas ring as required. A handy thing I also borrow is a home made collapsable rack that sits over the fire.
The Furphy lid doubles as a Hilift base.
I love my Furphy - many a good curry has been cooked in it in the outback. You can still tast some of them in it.
I also recommend you go to your local Asian grocer and buy for the ridiculous price of $3.95 a Kiwi Brand kitchen knife. Sharp as buggery. Keep it in yr camping box but it won't stay there for long. I have about $400 worth of top shelf kitchen knives that this knife has made redundant..
Another vital piece of camping equipment is the pepper grinder. When it comes to pepper grinders there are a LOT of RAV4s out there. For grinding pepper - Peugeot make the Defender of pepper grinders.
Well we usually use the three legged single burner. Added to that the open fire, with the obligatory BBQ plate, and we have a large cast dual ring single burner which comes in handy if we can't light wood fires.
If we've got oodles of room, we love the webber, one of the best roasting devices I've ever used.
We're going to get a camp oven which will probably make the webber all but redundant, and not take up anywhere near the room.
tripod, camp oven, and a small array of cast iron pots and frypan when roughing it.
nice kitchen with 3 burner gas stove with camp trailer when no so roughing it ...

Have the 2 burner gas stove in the camper trailer but the main meals are generally cooked in the camp oven.......Stews in winter and roasts in summer.
