Yes, I am aware of the levels, but in my view anything above level 3 is in the distant future (if ever). And even level 3 is unlikely to be available outside major cities and freeways.
Which, again in my view, means that it is unlikely to be useful over most of Australia in the lifetime of anyone alive today.
