We’ll I’ve found a YouTuber who’s a Beta tester for Tesla and his videos are really quite interesting.
It actually looks like it’s come quite a way recently and his opinions are quite objective - he calls out the dumb stuff it does and also the things it used to do etc compared to what the latest updates do.
He doesn’t treat it as Autonomous - he’s always ready to take over and does so although he likes to let it do it’s thing when possible to see what it does.
He often has passengers in the car as he’s an Uber driver which is also interesting.

Just watched one of his videos where he explained to some passenger the cost of the self driving software….

Subscription of $200 US a month or a one off payment to win it outright with all future updates free - $15,000 US!
Expensive upgrade - and that stays with the car, not the driver so if you buy another Tesla, bend over again even though all other aspects of your profile are transferable to any other Tesla.
