Not if he was the farmer found dead on the property where the Stocco's were arrested.

The farmer was missing since early October, perhaps there is a lot more to the story and a reason that the Stocco's started shooting at Police a week or so ago?

Only knew new because I had just posted in the thread after JD posted (or we presume it was JD, but with the murdered mum and daughter in the news recently one never know's who's using one's identity. )

Yes, I'm OK, and thanks for the concern. The arrest was on the property I think its three to the north of here, and like this place, backing on to the Goonoo Conservation area.

I heard nothing at all until I looked at the news on line at lunch time! Shortly after that I saw a helicopter go over heading north, probably one of the news people - red and white, but I could not see any markings and was too far away from the house to get binoculars in time.

I went for a run up to the north of the property about an hour ago but as expected, nothing to see. Might take a run up the forest road to have a sticky tomorrow.

The quick snippet I saw on the news late this afternoon didn't look like Johns place, as best I remember. - It was too open around it.
