I'm no mathemagician, but assuming a never ending bucket of lolllies, and an equal chance of choosing 1 of the 3 flavours the same in 6 consecutive pulls of 1 lollie each...
My money is going on:
0.333*0.333*0.333*0.333*0.333*0.333 = a probability of 0.0013635322
Or 1.3 chances in 1000.
Where it gets difficult is where you want to remove exactly 6 at a time, or remove 1 at a time from a pool of lollies where the removed lollie detracts 1 from the starting count.
It can be worked out, but yeah, beyond my brain as a mere mortal!
Something easier?
You have a bag of lollies with 8 flavours, and there's on in particular you don't like. What are the odds of pulling that flavour out if you pick one without looking?
