I'm assuming the policeman just walked up and pulled him out through the door before the vehicle got too far down the road.

on a second look I guess you're right -it's got tdi or Td5 aircon & steering wheel, obviously a crim with taste,

do they have copies of LRO Int in the library at Goulburn ? - cause that's where they'll be spending Xmas I think

Rear brakes are discs, repeater lights are pre-Td5 so it'd be a 300Tdi IMO.

Yep, looking at the g/box crossmember it's a Tdi 110, with Maxi flanges on the Sals too.

    [edit] ACT plates too.

I'm still in bush mode and often leave the Landy unlocked here in Canberra, might have to be more vigilant seeing it's now a getaway car of choice.

The air con is different from the one in my 1998 cab chassis 300TDi.

Will he be charged with driving a vehicle with insufficient tread on the front tyres?

Yep, looks like TD5 air con and a TD5 Land Rover bull bar.

Didn't realise you moved from the deep north Rick, no wonder you can't get anything cold in Murrurundi anymore.

Are congrats in order? (Did you get elected?)

No, I wouldn't last two seconds in that world.

Just here for work ATM, (although I've been here longer than I thought I would) it was time to move on.
