Anyhow he was saying boss, I've eaten Blackman, whiteman, and yellow man, (WWII) Japanese, yellow man number 1, you can't beat that grain fed(rice) diet. :D

Yes they are not all like that but have a huge predisposition to it unless they are very disciplined and organised with diet (some are, some are not). Not just a loading up on lentils, they need quite a range of varied proteins as they don't have access to many "complete" proteins and will need up to 8 different legumes to make it up. And that is just from a simplistic protein perspective.
