I used to think so too but I try to avoid the place now.
A year or so ago, I tried to buy wheel cylinder rubbers for my older car. No, you can't buy those anymore. So I asked how much for a wheel cylinder only to be told you can't buy those either.
Went across the road to my now regular store (Autopro) & they had the rubbers I needed in stock.
A local 'mechanic' here told me how good the local store was now that there was a girl who knew her stuff on the Trade counter so I gave them another try.
I asked if a cooling system pressure kit had an adaptor for a 1998 Land Rover. She said that's a Toyota, isn't it?
Masters carry (or did when I last looked..) a certain prestigious German brand of spanners/sockets etc. Prices were not um, 'out of this world' when compared to the best 'internet & carriage' price at that time.
