    Question Accomodation - Graceville, Brisbane

    I have to go to Brisbane to do a couple weeks of training at the end of March, was wondering if anyone knows a dirt cheap place to stay really close to Graceville. Before you say "it's training, get the boss to pay" I'm trying to get trained up to start my own business back here in Mackay.

    I have a friend in Ipswich who wouldn't mind me staying there, but he has a new born and I'm trying to avoid the costs of traveling to Graceville each day.

    You could stay here, though we are about 40k's from Graceville.

    You're not much closer than Mackay, Carolyn, certainly further than Ipswich.

    Thanks for the offer but Ipswich is only 44kms...... LOL!

    I was sort of meaning does anyone know a cheap motel/caravan park with units or something OR if someone lives in Graceville and is really nice and would rent me a room for a couple weeks at a good price...

    There is a forum member that lives in a large house next to Graceville, I will have to ring him to see if you can stay, if you want?

    He is a good friend of ours. He has lots of rare old motors cars. The one that springs to mind in the Silver Ghost RR.

    Wowzers.... do you think he would let me stay for cheap? The wife just said we have a relative that lives somewhere in brisbane.... will have to see how far away they are too
