What is the better vehicle, a Discovery 4 or a Sorrento?
    The Sorrento, apparently.

I read that 6 months ago. It astounds me the number of no idea experts that are out there willing to comment on thing they know nothing about.
    Cheers,

Like the 200 Series owner that said a D4 has a 2.4lt 4cyl.When corrected pointing out the little V6s are just as strong he says, well its easy to chip a Toyota Of course you can,FOOL.

A lot of heresay trip, I read a few biased comments. But alas I got bored pretty quickly
The one about that embarrassment the Freelander 1 was right, they were the death bell toll.

No mention on the most awarded and how they won Car of the year on successive years over and over again. Probably all the motoring journalists were wrong.

Seems the Land Rover reputation is somewhat of an urban myth me thinks !

I could be wrong ... But they appear to have no idea !!!

Someone said to me a few weeks ago when I got out of my Defender.. " I would never buy one of those again, no not me never." I asked why, he said in 1980 something he had one and it broke an axle and it was uneconomical and noisy. I said yes that was 1980 and that model was from 35 years ago!! The old series has apart the shape nothing in common with the new Defender, he went on " No Land Rovers are not for me," totally not listening, it was like knocking on wood. I told him mate, how can you judge a car on one from 35 years ago, if you where in the market for a new Cruiser would you test drive your mates old HJ45 from 1981 or would you go to a Toyota dealer and actually go and drive the new model? He said dont be daft the new one of course.. I said the same goes for Land Rover mate, he looked puzzled I still think he was not getting the point so I gave up.
    Chris
