The camera in question is called a Fly6 and is a rear light with a camera. This camera was developed to record what happens behind a cyclist as they can't see it.

They're a good idea for anyone who spends time on a bike and in the event of being run down from behind can provide evidence for investigators.

lets says it wasnt a cyclist and it was another car driver.
i would still assume the 4wd driver was provoked.

its not normal behavior to fly off the handle without reason.
