    Old wives tale

I was told this many years about an old lady who had the same diagnosis.
Dr Wanted to operate. She said I will come back in 6 weeks.
After 6 weeks passed she returns and had another x ray. All clear!!!
    Dr was amazed.
Old ladys treatment was boil up beetroots every few days and drink 1 glass of the boiled up juice water morning and night. Apparently some type of acid in the juice disolved the stones.

A bit less painful than being kicked in the nuts apparently.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

I have never had them so it can't be caused by beer.

Not nice , I feel for you mate
Did they give you some morphine for the pain, it helps a lot I found.
I still have mine after all this time, seeing a urologist in Feb, they are so far booked out!

No morphine this time just panadiene forte. Did nothing. Now they give me voltarin. Bloody useless. They have a shortage of suppositories for pain relief. It hurts so much. They dont feel the pain so why care? Waiting for blood test results atm.

Since its supposed to be more painful than childbirth as nurse told me, and lasts longer, as you don't get spells in between contractions, when they hit it's continuous pain. , and they just give you panadeine! They are so cruel. Start screaming they soon give you something to quieten you down.
