Hi AndyG, unintentionally but creative effect?
Today delivered five kids and three dogs (luggage in a trailer) to Molong in the County, where I swapped them all over to my son in a D2. (He with trepidation for the return to Yass - he had never towed a trailer any distance before!)
On the Mitchell Highway Wongarbon to Molong and back, saw and waved to or flashed about three Defenders and a couple of Discos who actually waved to me!
Now peace and quiet, just me and the dog.
At 15:05 Hrs today: A nicely restored 101 in Military livery, following a Jeep, ( possibly WWII vintage.) also in Military livery.(US) Fredrick St Ashfield near Parramatta Rd, i.e. Bunnings.
Lunchtime yesterday, spotted a white 110 with a black roof parked outside the information centre in Dubbo. The registration number had "110" in it. I didn't stop - weather was awful! (Front coming through)
Anyone from here?
Yesterday about 11.15am heading north out of albury a silver L322 (act plates) towing a Kimberly camper flashed their lights at me. Anyone?
Spotted a great looking 110, with matte camo green paint, heading north through Berry NSW the other day.

I think window tint is killing the wave... Half the time I cant see if the other driver waves
And thanks for acknowledging me. I was on a mission from flying down to vic to pick up my rangie from our old place, visiting family in dromana then driving to our new place at south west rocks. Big day behind the wheel.Quote:
