Good work on getting onto them about that one as it seems to be a common complaint and not sure why they didn't do it earlier. I used to make sure to use a direct quote for that author somewhere else so then I could use that style of ref by manual input as it would be already in the bibliography. Dam endnote was great a change, but funny how used to it you get... by the end of my thesis I wouldn't even use a reference if if the journal didnt have direct import to endnote as I became too precious to type any reference manually into endnote :-)
