taking a stand...

This is not an issue of freedom, it an issue of offensive material been exposed to those who shouldnt have to see it.
It's all good and well to share those views but there is no need to expose us all to it, i cant see why they cant order the company to remove the slogans or impound the vehicles.

they seem very popular with the young European tourists. surprisingly both male n female.

I'm certainly no extreme right wing feminist, I take considerable objection to the way in which modern society makes left wing perspectives as extreme as their right wing opponents, however the fact that we as a society seem to be apathetic towards these slogans and the problematic attitudes they espouse and reinforce suggests that we have a long way to go in terms of our societies attitude towards women ;)

I have fairly broad tolerance to these things but I agree some of their stuff is inappropriate. Good on Nick for making a stand, he's a good bloke and a great cheesemaker.
