The fridge being recalled is sold under a number of brands including one of the most expensive, so price does not equal quality all the time. I have a number of things from them including a winch several years old and no problems:)

I've gone into their local shop on a number of occasions when I've been shopping and always walked out without buying.
Mostly because I could not get knowledgeable answers from the sales staff.
They couldn't tell me what LED types they used in their strip lights. 5050 etc. Very slow comms. Just kept telling me they were bright ones... went with Red 4wd. Twice as much but top quality. A mate has one of their compressors and it goes well but likewise some people have had them fail. My Bushranger Pro Airis not hugely fast by the standards of the big compressors now BUT it's never tripped out and has had a lot of work over the last 14 years...Cheers
To be fair I've bought several of their products and never had a quality issue.

No problem with the gear, though the customer service needs work.
Seems they get shipping containers in every month or so, but advertise their products continuously. I've had to wait for up to a couple of months for some things, but to be fair, when you order the stuff online it gives you an estimated delivery before the payment screen.
So far, all their gear has worked as expected, and we have a fair bit of it. I will probably buy more off them in the future.
