I have now halved my lyrica dose down from 150mg twice daily to 75mg twice daily. Still not liking the weird sleep patterns i sometimes have and have had a kind of arrythmia for several months now that also makes it hard to sleep. Added to the left shoulder instability and pain so that i can't lie on my left side or my back or my front due to these damn palpitations i get sick of lying on the right side so stay awake....

    Sigh.

I'm not sure but i think my memory is slowly getting better but i still have the white noise in my head when i get into a stressful situation

If you can remember what your memory was like, that's a good sign JC.

Justin, I feel for you and admire your stoicism.
I went through a period of pain with a prolapsed Lumber Disk which I managed through stupidity, to top off with a crushed Dorsal Vertebra and a broken C7.
Your condition sounds much worse and lingering as well.
An Orthopaedic Surgeon reckoned I handled pain unusually well. I don't know about that. i certainly didn't seem like fun. I reasoned that if I felt some pain I would know when I was stressing my injuries and so could avoid doing it, thus healing faster.
I managed the symptoms and pain with Voltaren, Valium and whisky. I hope that's of some use to you.
I hope you recover well and get off that horrible stuff you're on without to much drama.
    Cheers, Billy.
    Keeping it simple is complicated.
