Thread: Kudo's for Rijidij (Murray)

I'm a big fan of Murray's products and in the family we have 3 Defenders kitted with his rear wheel carriers and bullbars. His service has always been brilliant as are his products.

When we fitted up our last purchase a rear wheel carrier, to our daughter's 90 it appeared that one of the threads to hold the wheel nuts was damaged. In all likelihood the damage occurred in transit.

I contacted Murray and he advised he could send me a new one without any issues. We picked up the replacement part today from the post office.

So I'd just like to say thanks for your service and will continue to recommend Rijidij to anyone who'll listen.

Also, being a new and first business I've ever run, I can still see things from a customer's point of view.
