yes , I wonder.

I have a ****load of recovery gear I never use.....It'll all be out of date soon.

rarely even engage 4wd or low range.

dont use a map, dont have any nav ****.

have plenty music. carry plenty water.

Don't you have a hi lift jack and a shovel attached to your roof rack, going rusty?

I had a wallaby jack and gave it away.

the shovel is a necessity, how else can I dig a boghole? but its a little one , hides in the back.

don't have a roof rack.

I just crack up seeing people driving around the city with a hi-lift jack and a shovel on the roof rack going rusty through lack of use. Why? How many people get bogged on the motorway? My recovery gear lives in the shed except when needed.

I'd have thought digging a bog hole with a sliding window would be quite tricky. :p
