Bring back the lash. Send them to Van Diemen's Land.
He'll be in isolation, like Bryant. Too dangerous to let him mix with others. Even other crims have their own code of right and wrong.
The Toronto guys had clear terrorist motives. This guy is just deluded.

Yeah, it's me again,...and "Law & Order Is Stuffed",......AGAIN.
Russel St Bomber,.....no sign of repentance, lived a comfortable life "inside",....now looks like He'll be "öoutside" shortly.
Pickles.
The High Court applied the law as enacted by parliament...now parliament will likely legislate to cover him and keep him in prison where he has been for 30 years....so law and order doesn't seem to be stuffed at all.

Seems reasonable to me.The High Court found the new law applied when a prisoner "knew or was reckless as to whether the person murdered was a police officer".
"The plaintiff was not sentenced on that basis," a judgement summary said.
"The offence committed was indiscriminate and no particular person or class of persons was targeted."
"Therefore, the court concluded that [the new law] s74AAA does not apply to the plaintiff."
Now, those drivers who exceeded he speed limit by more than 3km/h, they should be locked up for good.
Perhaps not quite law & order, but it's stuffed all the same. Confirms my thinking that these grubs have infiltrated parts of society and are looking after each other.

I thought in order to get parole you had to show repentance? Surely one must regret there actions before being paroled?
A little off the topic i guess but it seems this thread is more about general gripe against laws and stuff so here is my gripe.
My old man and his missus killed 4 people. His missus admitted to 2 and showed where one of the bodies was buried. She also admitted to doing other stuff i wont mention.
My old man gets 4 life sentences and she gets 18 months.
Im not a mathematician but that seems a little odd to me.
