Been checking the papers lately?....Yep in "Sunny Downtowm Melbourne", it's still going on & getting worse by the day.
Assaults, Home Invasions, hoon behaviour, and......., and,..... how many of these thugs are being imprisoned/punished, and how many are being,........bailed,......time after time, and are repeat offenders,....time after time.
One case recently, person was a repeat offender, assaulted a policeman, got bail AGAIN,....one of bail conditions was no mobile phone,....next day got caught with one, His excuse, "not having a mobile phone is dumb, I need to have one"!!!...He is finally inside.
More & more melbourne residents are being affected, whilst powers that be, the people who make these "rules" (what rules), sit in their ivory towers with their do-gooder mates doing absolutely nothing to come down on these thugs & apply proper PUNISHMENT.
And if authorities don't change track, ......it will get worse, much worse.

Friend is a teacher. Had a student who came from a difficult background. Spent time attempting to give him role model type guidance as seemed underneath to be a good kid who had the brains to escape. Was expelled in the end for dealing drugs at school. Father was already in jail for dealing. Then grand father went in for drug dealing in the old people’s home!

Glad to see the cops hard at work today. I saw them catch and fine a a youngish looking fellow and girl for riding there bicycle and razor scooter without helmets in a park. The miscreants should be flogged to an inch of their lives
