    Law & Order is STUFFED.

    The "Crowning Glory" I've just heard on TV.
    An Afghani, the subject of several existing criminal charges at the time of this crime, ran over a Policeman, on purpose, severely injuring him, to such an extent that the man will most likely never be able to return to work.
    The man has escaped jail, his only "punishment" being a 2 yr CBO, and a license cancellation of 2 DAYS'.
    I do not understand.

    We are definitely off the rails when that kind of thing results in no jail.

    Are there any groups that look at individual magistrates decisions and try and highlight the barmy ones?

    I doubt it, and when it does happen, the "do-gooders" will step in very loudly as per usual and squash it anyway. Apparently criminals have rights.
