Thats the very rare and not often seen banana duck. Almost extinct. Its on the endangered duck list. Almost extinct due to its rather unique taste. Its a flightless bird in the same sub species as the ball bearing bird thats never been seen or never been heard. 🙉🙈🙊😎😎😎

    Cheers Rod

I saw a bunch of them the other day. I think they're from Queensland.
I hope someone answers your a-peel for further info.

Never seen a duck like that, but the Indian runner duck comes close. If that is a young one,he may colour up soon. They come in many colours.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

They are also quite common around Carnarvon in WA.

They are a very communal bird - hang around together in large bunches.

    I can confirm that Brian.
We bought several bags of the things whilst up there on our trip to Exmouth,we even bought a carton of them on the way home.
Must say they were real easy to pluck before eating.
