It will be interesting to say the least. We have no water here - tank. No kerb and channeling. The river floods then the creek backs up past our place so a bit of land is uninhabitable. A Western Australian Company bought the lot.

You make it part if the deal that you have an amount of time to move. A developer will not need you off the site immediately as need time for zoning and the like. Also that they arrange and part for the moving of the vehicles to your new property which will be with in a certain crow flies radius from the property. Know people in similar position who stayed for 5 years rent free while the developer sorted out the process. They even had an agreed buy back price if the developer did not proceed. Your land they want structure the deal that works for you.
In your OP you ask how do you move all your Landrovers.
IMO the answer is dependent on how much you would get for your land.
If you got a poo load and had heaps left over after purchasing another place, you just pay someone to move the undrivable ones.
As for the 101's. I have now sold the caravan park and we have 3.5 lovely acres just on the other side of town.
I could happily store them for you.
I would sell a kidney for one. Or if I could get Grey Ghost's ex ambo, I could sell two kidneys and put a dialysis machine in it:)
What stops me is SWMBO does not share the LR passion.
