    Disgraceful Hypocritical Australian Press.

Most of you have probably seen that disgraceful performance by an Aussie TV Reporter, hassling the South African Cricket Captain.
CLEARLY being aggresive, pushing his way, invading the S.A. captain's personal space.
But if this was not bad enough, the Aussie press is accusing the S.A. team of being aggresive,...yeah right.
A very poor performance by the Aussie press IMHO.

I have only seen snippets of this .
Too me it looked more like the SA security guard was a little over aggresive in my opinion

All Faf had to do was let the reporter ask him a question and say "no comment". Maybe he had a lolly stuck in his mouth and could not talk

The security guard looked like one of those cops on The Power of One he just needed the wooden batton.

I know this is beside the point of this Thread, but I can't understand why the South African captain would tamper with the ball, when they were winning the test......am I missing something here!!
Back on topic, I have seen Aussie reporters get pretty aggressive in the past.

The reporter was just doing his job.The security guard was being a ***** and should've been charged with assault.

The reporter would have been told to get in close and get vision of a reaction, so he followed instructions and got what his boss wanted - lots of publicity for the TV news.

    Hi,

    Totally un-inspiring journalism.
    Cheers

Journalists are supposed to report the news, not be the news. The fact he was a Channel 9 journo. explains a lot. Perhaps he thought he might be sent to Lebanon if he didn't get the shot.Don't tar all journos by the action of one channel nine wannabe. Just as an aside, do you know what it was all about? Read my first line again. Sensationalist journalism at its worst. The more cynical might say at least it got channel 9 on the front page. Interesting to see South Africas' ICC representative condemned Protea officials for their part in it.

South African bowlers bowled superbly. The Proteas had a magnificent victory, what the SA captain has done is open the door for the less charitable to say it was the ball tampering that gave the Saffa bowlers the edge. Of course it didn't, but you would have to question the captains judgement.
