Getting pinged for 2-3km/h over the speed limit a bit retarded? Should that logic extend to a few minor digits over the blood alcohol limits too? Drug testing? Brief little glances/touches on the smartphone?

Not even the most conscious do gooder can't cast that first stone. It is impossible not to exceed the limit at any given time by even 1klm over.

If you're a granny and you only have one speed, 40klm everywhere you drive, then start throwing those rocks.
