They will assist but only to the level of standard care when out of state, it that's what was said earlier anyways. So so far we know they won't pick you up if you are on logging trails and any dirt single lane....... And still won't say if they will pick us up if we make it to a main road. These guys are taking the **** surely, standard plan of attack get lady with nice smile to reassure that all is fine and give no real usable information to make an informed decision on how helpful the product would be in the real world.
I will not be getting total care again. When I took out the policy I grilled them on many different scenarios and they said yes we will recover from fire trails ect ect, this really ****es me off as it really does seem like deliberate disconnect from the customer service agents and real policy. I'm sure I'll get a lovely reassuring HR response from them on how they live to serve and I'm a special little snowflake of such importance to them..... And the HR circle of life continues as a separate entity to any real life recovery scenarios
