It's definitely not for me, no sensible temperatures, no internet, no cars or bikes, no shops, no pay, no way Jose .
If it wasn't for the "Volunteer" part I would think about it.
Doomadgee is becoming far to Main Stream & is no longer isolated enough for me.
I would probably have to buy fur lined shorts & thongs though.

Sounds fantastic to me... seriously considering it.
Few years ago a Scot at work lent me a copy of a book called "Stargazing" by Peter Hill. Really good book set in the 1970s about a guy who took a job as a lighthouse keeper. Worth a read.
