Just had brunch with a bunch of mates from uni, including my trans mate and their gay partner (who sent me the German Parliament link) and several of us were introduced to some newbies as MPTL's. When I asked what MPTL meant, the response was "Masculine Presenting Transgendered Lesbians", ie. straight males. Cheeky bastards! As per usual, the rest of the meal continued in the same vein. It's my monthly de-stress!

UK is the standard plug over there.

I also have another pic i which i can't find, of the join in the underground mains cable going to the main building at a small airport.
The cables come out of the ground where the join is,in the garden, and are wrapped up in an old small plastic bag for water proofing.

I sent the pic to my Seth Efrican workmate and he said that's really common, and if you looked up they probably had a coat hanger over the active on the overhead!
The neutral is usually just a post into the ground, aka an earth stake Interesting, Odd or Funny Pics II.

Rick,at one of the camps in Tanzania, the manager had the local fridgie out to replace the capacitor on a chest freezer compresser.
He did a 4 hour plus round trip on the worse roads in the world, from the nearest town, she showed me the invoice for the repair. It was $32.00 US

This is a join in the mains cable going to a small airport building, seemed like around 4 to 6 mm cable.

    Pic was taken in Rwanda.

If you demonise the cows they will be made a protected species and we'll only have sheep and pigs to eat.
Incidentally: The sharks are demonised by the Surfers so they can have the beaches to themselves.
    Cheers, Billy.
    Keeping it simple is complicated.
