Wouldn't like to be the pedestrian walking through the Car Park in the dark who hit their shins on that abortion of a thing.
What the hell was the owner thinking??? When the injured party gained the ability to walk again they'd be back with an Oxy Cutter or a demolition saw & cut the bastard thing off although probably unscrewing the nuts would be quicker & of course a lot quieter. While having the demo saw running he probably would have cut the car in half saying "That'll learn you ya bastard".A bit extreme you think? A towbar in the shins can hurt like old ****ery.

Thanks for that Vid. Ian, it brought back many memories & I nearly had tears, certainly a lump in me frote. No kid.But that is exactly how I remember Port Adelaide, only on a smaller scale.
My wishes for my remains one day is to scatter me into the Port River @ Berth #1 where I was first introduced to the Port's activities.
Well if it is good enough for HM the Q's' Royal Yachts 1954 Gothic & last, 1986 Britannia, when she visited here last it is certainly good enough for me. I'm sure she wouldn't mind.
Assuming there won't be reams of bloody Govt. paperwork & certificates & other **** for the family to go through. ie. Religion NOYFB, State of health; Dead. etc.
Job done, they can all go to one of the many nearby Port Pubs & have a drink or two, their shout.![]()
Cheers
