Minimalists still keep things that bring you joy. So the question is do Land Rovers bring more joy than frustration. 😀

Yes, but you've got me thinking that plenty of other crap in our house doesn't. I'm not a hoarder by any stretch and seem to take a huge trailer of rubbish to the tip every year but I never seem to be able to keep up...
I need to start getting good at this as we plan to travel around Australia working within 5 years - just about everything apart from the Pugs, the Missus and the Land Rovers will need to go at some point...:D
The documentary is available on netflix. It's well worth a watch. From a 'wife's perspective' it encouraged me to go through the wardrobe. There's a lot less in there now.
A couple of years ago the missus had got into this big time and is till keeping things minimal. The move a year ago really was the highlight though. I am a bit wary though as the missus gives me the , your also excess baggage , look every now and then :)

Hi,
We travelled round Aust on a motorcycle in 1976 for 4 months.
That was minimalist, especially compared with what we now consider essential.
Cheers

It's going to be a tight squeeze Going from a two storey four bedroom house into this

The less the better, we went from a 2 story 5 bedroom house to a 110 and a camper trailer travelling for a year with two kids. Twice I sent back stuff that I thought we needed but was just taking up space.
We're back in a house now, after two years we've still got boxes of stuff at home and a full shipping container of other "stuff " that we don't need, but it's out of sight.
I like stuff but it can tend to own you.
The freedom of minimal maintenance is great.
