Good suburbs within 40mins of Brisbane Airport

I have lived in all the capitals of this country except Perth, and many large country and city towns in between. Where you live is only what you make it.
I lived in the Gap here in Brisbane for 4 yrs. perhaps one of Brisbane's most prestigious suburbs in the Brisbane metro area and enjoyed my time there The only reason I choose to move was my life style and work was was about to take one a massive change at the time.

Now I understand we on the south side don't have many bogan's they must tend to gravitate north all I can say is thank God for the gate way bridge and the road that enables one to bypass all those north side suburbs infected with bogans

We Logan bogans don't doff the cap to any northy bogans, cuz.

Strangy, seeing you need the airport , may I suggest you choose a suburb that has good access to the M1.

Do you need Brisbane Airport? If not you could live south of Brisbane and travel to Gold Coast,,,but that may become tragic between now and the end of the Commonwealth Games...its fairly bad now

Yeah , any suburb with good M1 access is a good bet.

This appears like bait.. eg what I might like, more than what I might need, what may cause me some angst with Mrs Strangy:eek:.

This has all been great info. Its given me start points now.
I have been sifting through the websites for real estate, employment (Mrs Strangy) crime stats, travel options etc.
I think I have some good info to make a better decision now.
