You don't even get emails from FedEx, so if you do, you know it's a fake. Once you have a tracking number from the supplier you go online yourself and look at where it is.

Don't get me started on them, had a delivery scheduled to be delivered to where SWMBO works as I often do. When I checked the tracking it said 'Buisness not open when delivery attempted' - at 1.45PM on a Thursday - the buisness has 4 entrances, a clearly marked warehouse for 'All deliveries and pickups' and is open from 6.30am to 7pm weekdays and has nearly 90 people working there - I'm pretty sure they all didn't knock off early that day...

My only experience with FedEx was when I purchased something from the states for my young bloke a bit over a year ago. I paid for the goods, and the supplier told me that I would be invoiced separately for the freight by FedEx (they did quote a freight cost, so I knew what to expect).

The goods were delivered on time .................................. and I never did receive any invoice from FedEx.
    Cheers .........

I had to go to the local FedEx warehouse to pick up my package after they failed to deliver it. I drove into the front office carpark and was greeted by a sign that said 'all deliveries and pickups via main gate at the back' so I went around the back and buzzed the intercom.

    Them 'Hello?'
Me 'I'm here to pick a package up'
Them 'Have you been to the front office'
Me 'Yes, the sign said to come around here'
Them 'Ok, come in' The gate opens.

When I get to the pickup counter I was asked for the paperwork from Reception.

Me 'I didn't go to reception, the sign said to come around here'
Them 'I asked you if you'd been to the office'
Me 'I did - there's a sign there saying to come around here'

Won't bore you with the 10 times he asked me why I hadn't been to the front office, he gave up and got the paperwork himself and got me the goods.

My parting advise to him was to get them to change the signs or their paperwork system, he wasn't very happy. I had to remind him I was the customer and maybe they shouldn't treat customers like that.

Grumbles ensured as he opened the gate to let me out.
