    My current project

A good mate owns a 1 tonne tray back and asked me to convert it to a tipper after much research we found a basic kit designed for falcon and commodores mainly Its been an interesting challenge making it fit and keeping it capable of operating safely when loaded to max. Tomorrow I make and fit the brackets to hold the Hyd power unit and wire it up. Then mod the tray to fit kit

Are the rams parallel to the tray (ie horizontal) when fully down? If so, the tray is going to need a big helping lift to get started as there is little mechanical advantage when fully lowered. They will want to push the tray forward rather than up...

This was a concern of mine when I first saw the kit but I am assured that there is enough off set to allow the lift by the manufactures
