    Too early for April fools

    Just saw a couple news feed stories on mandatory helmets , for joggers ? One comment even called for registration of joggers . Lost for words.

    Nope , seems there are signs to the effect on Bondi beach . If I knew how to drive this iPad properly I would cut n paste. Was told to google Bondi jogging helmet law. I thought it was a joke too.
