I flew to Melbourne for work and thought it would be nice to escape the heat of Brisbane.,.....it was 35 degrees at 8pm (AEDST) in Melbourne last night :o

Been bloody hot here, over 46 today and it hit 47 up the road at Renmark.
This morning at 6am the wind was that hot it was like it was coming out of a furnace, and it persisted all day. Not real conducive to a productive day. The Land Rover was parked in the shed and had not been going since yesterday morning, but the bonnet felt like it had just done 100 kay trip.
