I see the forecast is a 50% chance of a cyclone later in the week. Its currently raining 100-150mm a day on Cape York, apparently.

Update: Apparently it will cool a bit on Thursday to 27 and then heat up to 35 on Sunday so not much relief.

Haven't invested in a cool suit for that uncomfortable 20yd trip?

I would hate to add up how many hours i have spent working on roof mounted AC and cold room units in the last few weeks.....

The boys would have spent a lot more hours on roofs than me as i delegate the jobs

    You need a Western Star.

We got buckets of rain and a nice cool change today. Last week was quite warm, even on the water.
    Cheers, Billy.

It didn't miss you by much Hodgo. I got similar, pathetic efforts on the way to work, just before midnight, but it bucketed down between Sleepy Hollow and Bangalow then light but steady showers to beyond Casino.
I suppose a miss is as good as a mile in this case.
