yep - I looked at my bill the other day and there was a $20.00 charge for "Topical Agent" - which turned out to be a Fluoride Gel that he wiped on with his finger.

Pretty young assistant at mine, but I was too busy cringing to see much of her, except when she produced the bill afterwards. I can report that mine said to put the fluoride toothpaste on the cutting edges of my teeth first as that is the part that needs to be hardest.
