    I find Blast dishwashing liquid a good hand cleaner and believe it or not,olive oil works really well,just got to dry it off with paper towel or rag.

    There was a product called "gloves in a bottle" that I've used. Basically, rub it on, then start work. Nothing sticks to it.
    Stoko do a barrier cream too called stokoderm- also very good. Same principle- it creates a layer on your skin that makes it very hard for oil, diesel, coolant grease etc to stick and bed-in to your hands.
