As others have said previously, fantastic machines, but shocking service here. We now use Non Main Dealer specialists. Much better! :)
I own a 2003 t4 diesel auto Caravelle and I love driving it. Apart from having a valve stem break and destroying the motor, the electrics to the auto box failed. It was taken to an auto /electrical specialist who informed me he could not find the fault without a circuit diagram, and none were available in Australia. Luckily I am a member of the T4 club in England and I was able to get a copy of all necessary diagrams for him. It was then fixed in 2 hours. A harness plug had not been fitted correctly during the motor replacement and had worked loose. The internet is great. [bigsmile1][bigsmile1]
