Whilst there are always disclaimers these do not always stand the test.
I know of a case where a 110 was damaged whilst exiting the Megamart at Alexandria. The plaintiff won.
The claim of minimum height clearance can be tested by an Australian Standard (probably this one: AS 2890.1-1993 : Parking facilities - Off-street car parking). They are revised occasionally.
So if a height restriction is declared at say 2.2m and your vehicle is below that then you have a case unless specific area warnings are displayed.
