SubscriberThe communications network is going mad. Maybe it is me? I regularly get text messages from midnight on that have been sent early in the previous afternoon. If the phone ding wakes me up I usually reply if needed. Secondly I am getting emails that were sent 4 weeks before. A mate got one sent two months prior. Any answers?

what type of phones?
android phones that drop below 25% battery level "USUALLY" go into a power saving mode and this will limit when the phone attempts to pick up mail / sms / data etc
you can also put them into that power saving mode by default in the settings on the phone.
not to mention that a 3yr phone has usually lost 30% of its efficiency and the battery will only be holding at best about 75% of what it did new I am lead to believe

SubscriberI top my htc mobile each night. It is usually down to 75% so battery not low Three nights ago two texts arrived at 3.40 am although both were sent around 3pm the previous day. Try waiting for a login code. Up to 2 hours to come through although most come through almost immediately. I blame the network because nothing changes with the phone.

If your phone is only using 25% in a day it is on some sort of power saving mode or you never do anything on it...

I've noticed similar delays. The wife says I'm ignoring her. It's great I can blame the phone.
