While we're on the subject of Brewery fires: Did you know that it was a fire in a London Brewery many years ago which over cooked the malt and made it very dark. Rather than waste it, they made a brew which was the first Porter.
Perhaps now we can have XXXX Porter?
Fire's out, beer's safe, normality has resumed.
Normal people enjoy XXXX, after all, Gold is Australia's favourite brew.
