    WILLIAM CREEK TRIP #18 NEXT WEEK

    Heading to William Ck on 4th April, for the annual William Ck Races and Gymkhana ....be around Woomera on thurs 6th.

    Anyone interested is welcome to camp out with us on thurs night , 3rd sandhill on right from Woomera...approx 30 kms out. Friday breakfast in Roxby Downs , then on to William Ck.

    our trip has been extended, we are heading across to Tarcoola via Mable Ck and down Googs track to Ceduna.

    Anyone here done Googs?

    What dates are you on Googs?
    i have secured camping permits via the Parks site for 8 vehicles over 2 nights at the lake(21/22-April).

    what if I glue square cardboard cutouts all over it?

    its got about 130" wheelbase and the old Landy freaks will think its an old leaf sprung 130.

    There have been a few who turn out in non Land Rovers.
    The only restriction is you can't drive in any of the events.
    There is still tyres to kick and fun to be had with mostly good company.
    If you're up for it passenger seats are usually offered as some events need navigators and those traveling solo need a little help.
    If you make it make sure you seek us out, just look for the AULRO stickers and tyre covers.
