why not give a cop station a call and tell them your story. Get them to give you a ph number of the regestered owner. Ill use my mental power to guess the rego number is 1BTZ 137.

Im 1/2 a step ahead of you,Im going to see one of the office girls at work and ask them to see what they can do as the shire does registrations.
The Cafe girl I spoke to yesterday didnt know whos it was but its been there for a little while.
