We've had a couple of problems like that on the petrol V6.
It's usually related to overfuelling but the dealer will have to look into it further as clearing the fault code obviously didn't fix it.
Hi all,
The other night, on the way home from work we noticed a yellow engine light on our dash become illuminated. We called through to LRM for it to be looked at, and they fixed it straight away. However last night we noticed it again, and well I was just wondering if anyone else has had this prob with D3's or older discos.
Thanks
Andrew

overfuelling? Going past the first click while fuelling? Well we are booked in early next week. So with any luck it should be resolved soon.
Overfuelling: as in running rich.

I had this once at one of Aces BBQs with our DII but i was going up a fairly steep and rough steep track at the time, this is after a slow trip to the bottom of it.
But while at the top it cleared itself while waiting for others to come up, since then it has not been back.
Baz.
Cheers Baz.

Strangely enough, the light this afternoon has since disappeared. So not sure what is going on. Will still get it looked at by the pro's though. I am modern engine dumb![]()
