    Our confluence visit is finally up

    After many months of stuffing around, the confluence that we picked up while we were in the simpson has been recognised

    well done, that would have been a hoot claiming one as remote as that one

    i best get started on the one i claimed, i haven't been on the site for i while, as there were fresh wheel trackes when i visited i have waited to see if they claimed it a couple of days prior to me, hopefully they will still accept my claim

    when i got back form my trip i went onto the web site and indicated that i had visited confluence 26S 135E

    as i mention in my trip notes there were fresh wheel tracks when i visited, just checked the web site and somebody else has claim the conflueance 4 days prior to me

    Yep... you've got to love google earth... The MAC beta is out now... I'm a happy guy

    We went to nearby Geosurveys Hill afterwards... I loved that.. It was a top day 8) 8) 8)

    Bugger............ When Mark and i did the Border track we stopped at 35s 141e.

    No pix thou.

    Best i get some for next time....

    On the border track it is possible to get 35s 141e and 36s 141e
