The head can accept a tape only. I bought one of those USB stick reader things that transmits FM, but it came sans instructions.

or you could put the Sound Of Music DVD on

It's a premium sound system, that works, I don't want to change it. Does yours have an aftermarket system Pedro?

Usually they tell you what frequency to tune to, but if not, I suggest plugging it in to an iPod or whatever, powering it up, playing something that you will definitely recognise, and set your head unit searching. When it finds your song, lock it in, Eddie.

On my D2, I bought a little modulator gizmo from someone like Jaycar and hardwired it in. Fairly simple, apart from getting the ^%$& head unit back in.

Question without notice. Do you have an iPhone or other that has bluetooth? These days you can get a bluetooth thing wired in that will play music off your phone, with the added advantage of giving you a handsfree.

My android phone has bluetooth but the head unit does't. As the Land Rover radio is set up with 11(?) Harmon Kardon speakers, any changes that aren't a backward step, are likely to be very expensive. Can I get a bluetooth add-on for the head?

Dude,, I know it's hard, so I think what you need to do is get one of your transistor radios out of the shed and sit it on the dashboard 😁

Used to do that in a side valve Hillman but I don't think it can run all the speakers.[bigsad]

Does your head have an input jack, like a round long plug?
Or an FM unit should transmit on the FM and you set your radio to save that frequency.
